This policy explains how Innovation Wealth collects, uses and protects personal information gathered through this website. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

- Email: info@innowealth.co.za
- Telephone: +27 (0)21 912 1020
This policy covers your use of this website only. Information you share with us as a client during the advice process is governed by the terms of that relationship and our obligations as an authorised financial services provider.
2. What we collect
- Form submissions. When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, contact number (optional), the topic you select and your message.
- Analytics data. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect anonymised information about how the site is used, such as pages visited, time on page, device type and approximate location.
- Cookies. Small text files stored by your browser, described in section 4.
- Technical data. Like every website, our server records standard request information such as your IP address and browser type, which is used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not ask for special personal information through this website. Please do not send identity numbers, account numbers or health information through the enquiry form.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation with the right advisor.
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse.
- To understand how the site is used so that we can improve it.
We process enquiry information because you asked us to contact you, and analytics information only with your consent. We never sell your personal information, and we do not use form submissions for marketing without your permission.
4. Cookies
When you first visit, a notice asks how you would like cookies to be used.
- Essential cookies. These keep the site working. They include the
ln_consentcookie, which remembers your cookie choice for 365 days, and cookies set by Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms. - Analytics cookies. These are only set if you choose “Accept all”. If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics scripts are loaded.
To change your choice, clear the cookies for this site in your browser settings and the notice will appear again on your next visit.
5. Third-party services
Some features rely on trusted providers who process limited information on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our enquiry form from spam by analysing how the page is used. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Maps displays our office location on the contact page. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Analytics, where enabled (for example Google Analytics), runs only after you accept all cookies. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Some of these providers may process information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we rely on providers that offer an adequate level of protection as required by POPIA.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer required, it is securely deleted or de-identified.
7. Keeping it safe
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and delivered to a secured business mailbox. Access is limited to staff who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
8. Your rights
Under POPIA, and the GDPR where it applies to you, you have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal information about you, and request a copy of it;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
- object to processing, or withdraw your consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa), or with your local data protection authority if you are in the European Union.
We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
